Greg Share
ChairmanGreg Share has over twenty years of private equity experience in the U.S. and Europe, which includes leadership positions at Moelis Capital Partners LLC, Fortress Investment Group LLC and Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC. He began his career in investment banking at Lazard Freres & Co., LLC. Greg currently serves as a director of Kinsale Capital Group [NASDAQ: KNSL] and has served on several public and private company boards.
Greg holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a Board Leadership Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and a CFA Charterholder.
Christine Blehle
PartnerChristine has over fifteen years of experience in principal investment and advisory in private equity and has transacted across the US and Europe. Prior to Ambina, she was a Principal at XPV Partners (a growth PE fund), an Assistant Director in the PE transaction services team at EY, an Investment Banker at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and an Associate at McKinsey & Company. A multi-linguist with extensive international experience, she is a board member of InvestorFlow.
Christine holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MSc in Biology.
Andrew Perlmutter
PrincipalAndrew Perlmutter leads deal sourcing at Ambina Partners and is also a member of the firm’s
investment committee. Andrew rejoined Ambina Partners in 2023 after working for the firm from
2018 to 2021. Andrew previously worked as an Associate at Audax Private Equity, a leading middle
market private equity firm and at Centerline Communications, an Audax portfolio company, as Vice President of M&A and Integration.
Andrew holds a BA in Government from Wesleyan University.
Charles Zheng
Vice PresidentCharles joined Ambina Partners in 2021, bringing over five years of investing and industry experience. Previously, he was an Associate on the direct private equity team at Partners Group, a global private markets asset manager, focused on leveraged buyouts across various industries. Charles began his career as an Analyst at Raymond James & Associates in the investment banking division, advising on M&A and financing transactions for companies across the financial services sector.
Charles holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Daniel Staff
Senior AssociateDaniel joined Ambina Partners in 2022. Previously, he spent seven years at Autonomous Research, a division of AllianceBernstein. As a Senior Associate he covered companies in the banking and fintech sectors in North America, Latin America, and emerging markets.
Daniel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. He is also a CFA charter holder.
Hector Inestroza
AnalystHector joined Ambina Partners in 2021. He worked for three years as a business analyst at Grupo Platino, a leading Central American investment group, focusing on opportunities in the construction and real estate industries, as well as public-private partnerships.
Hector holds a BS in Finance from Trinity University, with a minor in International Economics.

David Fenimore
AdvisorDavid is the Chairman and CEO of Insurance Technologies, where Greg Share led an investment and served as a board member on behalf of Moelis Capital Partners (Insurance Technologies was acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners in 2020). David has nearly 30 years of software development, financial services and management experience. David leads the technology direction, product strategy, business development goals, and growth strategies for Insurance Technologies. He joined the company in 1996 and progressed through Product Development, Product Management, Client Services, Sales and Marketing, ultimately being named CEO.
He studied Information Systems at the University of Denver.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania .
Joe Kenary
AdvisorJoe is currently an Executive Director on the Board of RDL Recovery PLC. He is also an executive director of Nexseer Capital, a portfolio company of Atalaya Capital Management and an advisor to Atalaya Leasing. He began his career at HealthCare Financial Partners, an asset-based healthcare lender and then served at CapitalSource, Inc. where he led the Leveraged Lending business and was Chief Investment Officer of the public company with AUM of $10+ billion. He was also a senior executive of Alliance Partners, a start-up providing community banks access to commercial lending, which grew AUM to $1.5 billion.
He holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and an AB from Harvard University.
Bill Kenney
AdvisorBill became an Advisor in 2019 and he sits on boards and draws on his extensive experience to provide guidance to the firm’s portfolio companies, particularly those in the insurance sector. He has over 20 years of C-Suite management experience, both in IT and operations, at private and public insurance companies, including Kinsale and James River Insurance Company.
He holds a Masters in Information Technology from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

He holds a BA from Covenant College, an LLIF in Finance and Financial Management Services from Babson College and a CLU, ChFC from The American College.
